the experience

let the water hold you

An evening sound bath in and around our natural hot spring pool. Crystal bowls and healing frequencies ripple across the water while you soak or lounge poolside — sound and mineral water working together to quiet the mind and reset the nervous system.

No experience needed. Just arrive, settle in, and let the sound wash over you.

nea, sister red hawk

Nea, Sister Red Hawk, seated in a rattan chair holding her sun drum

Nea, Sister Red Hawk, is an Indigenous medicine woman of the tribes of New England — Narragansett, Wampanoag, and Shinnecock — and the sound healer behind Natural 7 Alchemy. With a background in music therapy, she weaves Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, tuning forks, and vocal toning into deeply restorative sessions that meet each guest exactly where they are.

“I had no idea how much emotional weight I was carrying until my session with Nea… I left feeling lighter, more balanced, and deeply at peace.”
